Graston Technique
The Graston Technique is an innovative form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions.
These soft tissue restrictions can limit range of motion and proper function of the musculoskeletal system causing a variety of symptoms, the most common being pain. The technique
utilizes specially designed stainless steel instruments to specifically detect and effectively treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation. The technique
involves stretching and strengthening exercises post treatment to ensure proper remodeling of the tissue, which ultimately leads to long-term pain relief. Back pain, headaches, rotator
cuff tendonitis (shoulder pain), lateral and medial epicondylitis, plantar fascitis, achilles tendonitis, sciatica, knee pain, ITB syndrome, ankle/foot pain, trigger finger, carpal tunnel and
shin splints are just some of the many conditions that can be treated effectively with Graston Technique. For more information on the Graston Technique and to view a slide show

A combination of Graston Technique and AMR are very effective at treating most acute and chronic soft tissue injuries. The doctor will use a variation of these two approaches to best
resolve your condtion. Common conditions treated include:
Back Pain
Neck Pain
Headaches
Shoulder Pain
Tennis/Golfer's elbow
Carpal Tunnel
Plantar Fasciitis
Knee Pain
Ankle Sprain
Whiplash (auto injuries)
Trigger Finger
Hip Pain
ITB Syndrome
Shin Splints
Tendonitis/Tendonosis
Myofascial Trigger Points
TMJ / Jaw pain
Scar tissue reduction
And many more........
