Ryan Casey is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in sports medicine and regenerative medicine. He graduated from Western University of Health Sciences in 2023 and has trained and practiced in orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, and urgent care medicine, giving him a comprehensive background in treating both acute musculoskeletal injuries and chronic joint conditions.
Ryan has advanced experience in the evaluation and management of both acute and chronic orthopedic conditions. His skill set includes thorough musculoskeletal examinations, diagnostic decision-making, and procedural management such as immobilization and targeted injection therapies. He also has extensive experience performing musculoskeletal injections, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, corticosteroid injections, and viscosupplementation for the treatment of osteoarthritis, overuse injuries, and athletic conditions.
Ryan’s clinical focus is on helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to activity while minimizing downtime and, when possible, delaying or avoiding surgical intervention through evidence-based regenerative and non-operative treatments.
After relocating to Idaho’s Treasure Valley in 2023, Ryan and his wife quickly embraced the active, outdoor lifestyle of the area. Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active outdoors, playing golf, and chasing after their new puppy, Moose.
