What can I do for my aching back pain?

Does your back hurt when you are standing at work for long periods of time?

Doing a simple posterior pelvic tilt can greatly reduce the strain on your low back by engaging the abdominal muscles.  This maneuver is essentially a standing ab crunch.

While keeping the back still push your pelvis backwards while tightening your stomach.  You should feel instant decrease in low back pain after a posterior pelvic tilt.  This reduces the compression on the lumbar spinal joints and allows the muscle to take more of the load.
